Targeted at electronic newsgathering (ENG) crews, independent filmmakers, documentary producers, event videographers and military agencies, they use the same Canon XF Codec featured in the XF305 and XF300, introduced earlier this year. This is an MPEG-2 4:2:2 codec for capturing and recording native 1920 x 1080 video at a constant bit rate of 50Mbps that offers twice the color resolution of HDV and other 4:2:0 formats. It also ensures widespread compatibility with existing industry infrastructure and non-linear editing (NLE) systems with an MXF (Material exchange Format) File Wrapper that combines video, audio and metadata in a single file.

Genuine Canon 10x HD Zoom Lens

Both the XF105 and XF100 feature a 10x HD Zoom lens with a 35mm equivalent zoom range of 30.4 – 304mm and an eight-blade iris that Canon says produces natural, smooth background blur with reduced lens diffraction. The lens also features a SuperRange Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS) system featuring Dynamic and Powered IS modes. Canon’s proprietary DIGIC DV III Image Processor is also onboard and powers the Face Detection Technology autofocus option aimed at helping out frazzled camera operators working alone.

Multiple Bit Rates

To maximize adaptability Canon has equipped each model with the ability to record at multiple bit rates, resolutions and variable frame rates for slow and fast motion. In 50Mbps Constant Bit Rate (CBR) or 35Mbps Variable Bit Rate (VBR) modes the cameras can capture video in 1920 x 1080 at 60i/30p/24p frame rates or 1280 x 720 at 60p/30p/24p. In 25Mbps CBR they capture 1440 x 1080 resolution video at 60i/30p/24p frame rates.

LCD monitor and electronic viewfinder

Weighing less than 3lbs (1.4kg) the new XF-Series cameras come with both a top and side grip option and feature an articulating 3.5-inch, 920,000 dot LCD monitor and 0.24-inch, 260,000 dot electronic viewfinder with approximately 100 percent field coverage. The LCD monitor provides a display of the camcorders’ built-in waveform monitor to aid in achieving accurate exposure while shooting. Additionally, the LCD can show peaking, edge-monitor-focus and magnify the image, enabling users to confirm critical focus.

3D shooting

To help future proof against burgeoning 3D production the cameras include OIS Lens Shift to aid in optically aligning the pairing of two XF105 or XF100 camcorders, as well as a Focal Length Guide for displaying the zoom position of each camera in relation to each other and calibrating the zoom distance. This adjustment can be done through the menu system while the camcorder is mounted to a rig or tripod. Once aligned, the amount of the angle-of-view change is displayed after zoom adjustment, preventing camera misalignment and simplifying adjustment.

Both cameras also include an infrared feature for capturing HD video in conditions with little or zero ambient light, which Canon says is ideal for military and law enforcement markets, as well as nature and wildlife videographers.

There’s also dual XLR inputs for external audio sources as well as a built-in stereo microphone. The new camcorders support 16-bit PCM audio at 48 kHz with automatic and manual audio level adjustment.

Both models record to Compact Flash (CF) cards and feature hot-swappable card slots. Differentiating the two models are industry-standard HD-SDI output and genlock in/SMPTE time code (in/out) terminals available on the Canon XF105.

Both the Canon XF105 and XF100 are scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2011 at prices yet to be announced.

We know nothing about how come these two got to the cover of V Magazine #67 issue but they seem to be a strange couple. Lady Gaga prefers more eccentric fashion and Marc Jacobs is a designer who focuses on more or less classic pieces.
Marc Jacobs and Gaga do the prestigious New York issue of V magazine. Mark looks elegant and sophisticated on the cover while Gaga is all about her usual extravagance. She wears a sexy black lingerie ensemble, a huge puffy skirt and absolutely enormous crazy high boots.

Among the details that I’d like to mention here you’ll see an old TV, a supermarket trolley and a yellow piece that reminds me of a torch that the Statue of Liberty helds in her hand. I can’t wait to see the other photos from the issue.

However, the slender, ordinary looking woman is Kate Moss and this is the Fall Winter 2010 2011 ad campaign for Isabel Marant. Well, the avantgout. Strange. How do you like it? Mansi and Savitri (Celina Jaitley,Gul Panag and Easha Koppikhar] share a house. They are employed at a posh designing office in Mumbai. Hardik [Jaaved Jaffrey] plays the boss. He is a play boy, although married to a Gujarati house wife, Purvi. This play boy natured boss always addresses all the females as “Hello Darling.” What all he does to promote the females need to be watched. Asawari Joshi plays the secretary to Hardik. What happens to Hardik one night when he is kidnapped by these girls? And later how he lands in the Nari Sanghatana, a pati sudhar samiti, which is run by Seema Biswas to tame down lecherous husbands forms the crux of the story. Rocky a wannabe Elvis Presley [Chunky Pandey] who plays Celina’s boy friend appears in the film of and on.

However Director Manoj Tiwari has tried to rehash the remake of not one but many films- a tamil film”Magalir Mattum, a film which never released. Randhir Kapoor ‘s film “Ladies Only where he plays the lecherous boss . Undoubtedly the director could not mix and match plots from these films exuberantly, resulting in a messy tale. Comedy in the film does make one laugh. Gul Panag,Seema Biswas and Jaaved Jaffrey have performed up to the mark. They could not help do wonders with a badly rehashed script. Celina and Koppikhar could have toned down at a little lower pitch. Chunky Pandey’s role seemed to be like a worthless bauble. Nothing much to perform. Sunny Deol’s last minute entry is no saving grace for the film.

Music by Pritam reminds one of the yester- year tunes from the number.”Aa Jaane Ja…. Music sounds hummable and soothing enough to the ears.

All and all do not waste time on this week-end watching this boorish flick.

She very modestly says,” I cannot be compared to Julia Roberts at any cost. She is what she is. But yeah! I have enjoyed doing this vivacious, bubbly and fresh character.”

Kareena has obtained sky rising accomplishments professionally and she is happy about it.” I have been blessed with different kind of roles that I have performed in my short span of life. Reminiscing her earlier film she adds,” Refuge has been a great film for me because it presented me in a different avatar. Acting is in my blood and I always cherished not to be presented as a glam doll only. Chameli is another milestone for me. At the tender age of 22, my folks thought that I may not be able to perform the pros’s role. But I performed it exuberantly. Three idiots is another film which is not a heroine oriented film but whatever I did people still remember it and say,” Dhokla kawu che “she laughs aloud.

Kareena’s size zero persona was the talk of the town. She fusses about and says,” Now I have put on a little weight. Does this not look better? I know the size zero media reports were endless. “

Further adding about the media reports she adds,” I do not get bugged with the media. As I feel they are doing their job. The best part is that I do not read the news papers but yes! My well wishers call me up and update me about the write ups.”

Coming to her lover boy Saif she says,” He is really very open minded. He has helped me in going ahead in my profession. He has never stopped me saying that you do not do this role or that role. For that matter of fact many-a- times he is not aware of the fact that I am doing a particular film. I have to update him with all that. Saif has always encouraged me professionally. “

Talking about being content in every relationship she adds,” To have a fulfilling love from every relationship makes me feel nice. Actually, we are a closely knit family and we have been taught the meaning of love and bondings right from our early age. I always care for my mom and my family which is always on the priority list. All relationships should be based on loyalty and trust. Yes! I am also happy to have a partner like Saif who is really a good human being.”

Talking about having visited Saif’s paternal home she adds,” Oh! It is a palatial house. Every important thing for the living has been rightly put up. I love to be with Saif’s mom too. I enjoy going to their place.”

Steering further to the relationship that she shares with Sanjay [Karishma’s hubby] she says,” Actually, I know him from the time I was a kid. He and I share a very lovely relationship he cares for me a lot.”

Whether Karishma’s kids are her favourites and if she has incorporated some of her experiences that she may have had with them to which she quips,” Infact I love them to death. Both her kids her very good looking. Praising the eyes of Karishma’s son [Kiaan] she adds,” He has exotic greenish and bluish eyes. He is already a lady killer. Well! I keep my personal and professional lives separate.

Coming back to Saif she adds,” Yes! I keep telling him that he should work with Raju Hirani once. Saif wants to do some different films. Our cinema has changed a lot. Contemporary norms have been incorporated in our films. Saif’s thinking is very much on the lines of Hollywood films. I enjoy every bit of my life time with him.”

Talking about her nature she comments,” Oh! I am a fun loving person. I have no regrets in life; God has bestowed upon me everything so very generously. I only have the hunger and I crave to have some more time so that I can give it to my family members. Yeah! I stole some time to be with Saif while he was shooting in London I made it up.”

Last but not the least praising Kajol she says,” Oh! She is a lovely person, Full of energy. I am honoured to have worked with her in KKKK and now in We are Family. She would be busy reading her books during breaks while we were shooting WRF, while I and Arjun enjoyed on some great vegetarian food. We are both foodies.”She concludes.

She won’t suggest fewer trips to the gym, but it will drive her bonkers to think that another woman is spotting your squat thrusts. She’ll sign up and be there within 24 hours just to keep an eye on you.

If you want your girl to shed some baby fat, spend a couple of bucks on a nice little fashion piece a couple of sizes out of her reach. If she thinks she is thin in your eyes, and the only thing telling her otherwise is a piece of clothing, she’ll work morning, noon and night to fit into that cursed thing.
6- “Let’s help each other lose a couple of pounds?”
Let’s face it. If you tell your girlfriend to lose some weight, she’ll withdraw your all-access pass to her wonderful folds. But an honest commitment to work together to become fitter and shed some unwanted girth can only be met with the excitement that your investment in her is the same as what she is willing to invest in you. Losing weight is no small task. Make her sure you’re worth it.
